At Masterbuilt Pools Bundaberg, we believe building your dream pool should be an exciting and enjoyable experience. That’s why we’ve created a clear, supportive process to guide you from the very first showroom visit right through to the final inspection.
Our friendly and experienced team is here every step of the way to ensure your pool journey is smooth, stress-free, and tailored to your property and lifestyle.

Step One
Showroom visit
It all begins with an invitation to visit our showroom, where you can explore our wonderful range of pool designs. Seeing the options in person helps you choose the perfect style for your backyard. We have pool specifications, colour ranges, and expert advice on hand to guide your decision, along with a large selection of pool accessories to complete your outdoor space.
Once you’ve selected your dream pool, we can provide a detailed quote.
Depending on your location, a small deposit may be required. Once the deposit has been received, our team will arrange a site inspection to ensure your selected pool is suitable for your property and tailored to your needs.
Step Two
Soil test
A soil test is required to determine your site classification, which is essential information for our engineers. If you don’t already have a current soil test, don’t worry – we can happily arrange this for you as part of the process.

Step Three
Plans, engineering documents & building approval
Our team takes care of all the important paperwork, including finalising pool plans, site plans, obtaining engineering documentation, and submitting the application for Building Approval.
We manage these steps to make the experience as easy as possible for you.
Step Four
Pool shell delivery, site preparation & pool installation
Once Building Approval has been received, we’ll order your new pool shell. From there, our team handles scheduling the delivery, organising site excavation, and coordinating everything required for the big day – the installation of your new pool.

Step Five
Bond beam, tiling, pool surrounds & fencing
We keep you updated throughout the next stages, including the installation of the bond beam, coping tiles, pool surrounds concreting, and the installation of compliant pool safety barrier fencing.
Step Six
Final inspection
After your pool is complete, we arrange the final inspection with the certifier. The Final Inspection Certificate is then lodged with the relevant local council, giving you complete peace of mind that everything is finished to the highest standard.

Step Seven
The swimming commences
We handover all the information you need, along with final approval to use the pool. That's it! Get in, and enjoy the new addition to your backyard.
